After that email and phone is fine and I can always put work in progress under my own site so the site owner can see if it's what they really really want. But I've also done sites for people I've never met and that can work fine too - as long as we can have a long telephone conversation at the start. Email just doesn't do it! When I help people with photography, computers, technology etc I prefer to keep it local. Here is a section cut out from OpenStreetMap, showing the areas I tend to cover (rarely by car).  |
